16 Days for Youth is Heart FM’s annual initiative that seeks to create new potential, and a brighter future for youth initiatives in Cape Town, and surrounding areas.
For 16 days, the Heart FM team, hand-in-hand with donors and volunteers, work tirelessly to make a lasting difference, and shine a light on the amazing, but often unseen efforts of youth-focussed projects in communities all over the Western Cape.
Heart FM seeks out the unrecognised, the under-resourced, but deserving youth-focussed projects that are shaping the future of our communities, and our country. That shape our leaders of tomorrow.
You can play your part. Nominate the project you know is doing amazing work. Sponsor a project to will enable change. Contribute your time and energy, or share updates on your social media.
